City North meet Rascal Flatts Restaurant in North Phoenix

Phoenix Saturday August 25, 2012 – The world famous Pop Country Music Group Rascal Flatts is going into the restaurant business and has chosen City North at Desert Ridge for their first location. Located just east of the Desert Ridge Marketplace, City North was chosen by the Rascal Flatts Restaurant Group formed by the band and Phillip Lama and Eric Soe who both have had years of experience developing successful restaurants. Lama was CFO of another successful country music theme restaurant with entertainment and Eric Soe has developed and financed several restaurants .  Lama will be the exclusive licensee of the restaurant chain expected to open locations throughout the U.S. and Canada over the next several years.

The 14,000 sqft Rascal Flatts Restaurant and bar will feature a state-0f-the-art sound system and live performance stage, an elevated bar, an indoor and outdoor bar / retail space, great food at attractive price points and national recognized entertainers will be performing.

The multipurpose entertainment venue will feature more of an upscale vibe to match the surrounding area and has the potential to attract the upscale north Phoenix crowd, the Cave Creek country crowd and the hip Scottsdale crowds all in one location and could be a huge success. With easy access from the Loop 101 freeway, a larger number of Phoenicians could get to the Rascal Flatts Restaurant within a short 20 to 30 minute drive.
